2018 Mourvèdre
$33.00Category: Lindquist Family Wines.
This wine is 100% Mourvèdre from French Camp Vineyard in the Paso Robles Highlands. 2018 was an outstanding vintage with a long, cool growing season and the Mourvédre from French Camp was the best I’ve seen. Aged for twelve months in neutral French oak barrels. We made four barrels. Two barrels went into the Central Coast Syrah and two barrels were kept separate for our wine club and tasting room exclusively.
This bright, earthy and spicy wine shows expressive raspberry fruit with great length and balance. It’s a wine that could easily be cellared for another five to 10 years. Only 46 cases produced.

Grenache 2019 – Lindquist Family Wines
$40.00Categories: Lindquist Family Wines, Red Wines.
Edna Valley
This wine is 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah from the Sawyer Lindquist Vineyard in the Edna Valley…cool climate Grenache from this Demeter Certified Biodynamic vineyard just south of San Luis Obispo. We planted this vineyard in 2005, so 14 years later it is definitely hitting its stride!
The Grenache is from a clone that we got from Tablas Creek, and the Syrah is a mix of clones: Alban, Estrella River and Clone 1.

This is perhaps the richest Central Coast Syrah I have made. It is deep and rich with forward berry fruit, and a very noticeable spice and firm structure that underlines…

Viognier 2019
$38.00Categories: Lindquist Family Wines, White Wines.
Grape Composition: 100% Viognier
Grape Source: Sawyer Lindquist Vineyard, Edna Valley
Aging Vessels: neutral French oak
Aromas & Flavors: honeysuckle, peach, apricot with fresh acidity and minerality
This is a classic cool climate style of Viognier. It displays nuanced aromatics of honeysuckle, peach and apricot, with the fresh acidity and minerality that you can achieve in this cool vineyard site. I think Viognier is at its best when it is young and fresh, I recommend drinking this wine over the next 3 years.
